Terms of Service

By joining the ProgramHub waitlist, signing in to the product, or otherwise using programhub.app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

ProgramHub is currently pre-pilot. Access is provided to approved waitlist members, KC3 staff, and Monuments advisory-board members. Don't share your account, don't attempt to access data outside your organization's scope, and don't try to circumvent security controls.

You're responsible for keeping your email account secure; we sign you in via magic links sent to that address. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately and we'll invalidate the session.

ProgramHub is offered "as is" during the pre-pilot phase. We aim for high availability but make no formal uptime guarantee until the pilot launch contract is in place with your organization.

To the extent permitted by law, Monuments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The formal limitation language is being finalized as part of the pre-pilot legal review.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to authenticated users and waitlist members.
