Privacy Policy

ProgramHub is a product of Monuments. We build software that helps clean-energy advisors and the residents they serve. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit programhub.app or use the product as an authenticated user.

From waitlist visitors: your work email address. We automatically derive a likely first name and organization name from that email and store them alongside. We do not load tracking pixels or third-party analytics on the landing page.

From authenticated users: account info (email, name, organization, role) needed to sign you in and scope what you can see. Inside the product, the data you enter on behalf of residents (intake records, projects, referrals, communications) is processed for the purpose of running the application for your organization. Your organization is the controller of that resident data; we are the processor.

Waitlist information is used to follow up with you about pilot access. Authenticated-user and resident data is used to operate the application your organization signed up for. We do not sell information to third parties.

We rely on the following infrastructure providers, each of which holds SOC 2 Type 2 certification:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — AI features (e.g., matching, drafting)
• Sentry — error monitoring

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing the address below. We respond within a reasonable timeframe and never ask you to justify the request.
